The 2025 1Million Women in Intelligent Automation Initiative is a Future of Work skills development and leadership program aimed at up-skilling a million women in Artificial Intelligence & Intelligent Automation by 2025.
​
The program offers hands-on training, resources, and leadership development to equip women with Future of Work skills, qualifications, and experience.

WHY THIS INITIATIVE
​​Women currently hold 19% of tech-related jobs at the top 10 global tech companies, relative to men who hold 81%. In leadership positions at these global tech giants, women make up 28%, with men representing 72%.
